The Shore - Handcarved Cameroon Shield

Cameroon is a diverse storyteller and the opposite of all earthy wonders in Africa. This shield is an authentic item from West Africa and with the right eye can illustrate a variety of images and symbols of life by drawing inspiration from older traditional shields used in battle or ceremonial dance. 

Today these African shields are collectables among designers, decorators and art exhibitions.
